No. Due to strict hygiene and safety protocols for skincare, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or sealed items once delivered. Refunds are only issued for severely damaged or incorrect items reported within 48 hours with a mandatory unboxing video.

In case of a payment gateway timeout where funds are debited but the order is not confirmed, the amount is automatically reversed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
